  3. All of the programs and files on this disk are believed to be
  4. legally copyable. Each program on this disk has been tested by us
  5. using a PC/XT-compatible computer with 640K, a Beltron #7 BIOS
  6. chip, and Microsoft(tm) BASICA (where applicable), and found to
  7. be operational in that environment. Most of them have also been 
  8. successfully tested on many other MS-DOS PCs; however, we can
  9. make no warranty regarding the usability of any program on a
  10. particular PC-compatible computer.

  12. Software Bulletin Board sells blank disks and provides disk
  13. cataloging and copying services. We in no way warranty the
  14. applicability or usability of these programs for any particular
  15. purpose or their usability on any other machine; nor do we convey
  16. any license to use these programs. SBB's warranty is limited to
  17. replacing defective disks; disks will only be replaced with a new
  18. copy of the one found defective.

  20. Many programs are in the public domain while others are
  21. offered as "SHAREWARE" or trial software, where the author
  22. requests a donation or payment from each user to support
  23. continued program development. While, in many cases, you are not
  24. legally obligated to provide this donation; sending in the
  25. donation often provides you with registration, a printed copy of
  26. the documentation, the latest version of the program, periodic
  27. updates, and telephone service for program problems. If the
  28. program is of value to you, these services are usually well worth
  29. the small donation requested, and we strongly recommend that you
  30. support this concept.
